Redemption

Redemption plays a role in The Kite Runner is that for Amir that is what he needed in his life, so he could move on. He needed to find redemption from what he had let happen to Hassan. Amir had spent years holding on to that horrible secret and  always feeling guilty about it. Amir had to redeem himself for things that he had did to Hassan that were selfish and inconsiderate. For the kind of person he had been as a child and how it affected everyone that were around him. Redemption had been A way to be good again. Amir's way of finding redemption was going back to Kabul, where it all started, to save Hassan's son, his nephew, Sohrab. Redemption had been Sohrab. By doing this Amir would find forgiveness within himself and he would be healed from his guilty conscience. In addition,  finding redemption had been everyone's peace making to the sins they had committed, this including Amir, Sanaubar, and Baba as well. This had saved their souls. Everyone had been able to find love and happiness in their life.
